Decent community but you may be ops with some of your neighbors and some of the kids will probably be yelling skibidy toilet all the time

I have lived a beautiful life here, over 9 years, does anyone have a a red wagon so to speak, I have a 80 pound white pyrenees that they would like to donate to us, sometimes I need to help get her to areas she is old and doesn't like to walk.

We are original homeowners and have lived here for 6 years. Solaire is centrally located. Close to grocery stores, running and biking trails. The pool and BBQ area is perfect for family gatherings and hanging poolside in the sun. Low HOA and friendly neighbors who care about the community. Safe place for kids to play. Highly recommend.

God! I am a home owner of this community, and the HOA wrongfully towed my vehicle, did not do anything with insurance when there was a fire incident impacting the neighbors, and just imposed me a $150 fine out of nowhere!

The insides are definitely designed for the younger crowd which I liked very much. Being in my 20s I don't mind walking up a few stairs and actually like the exercise, moving is another matter.
What really did in this development for me was the the patios, on every unit they're small and every single one has the air conditioner placed in the living space. Most condos have the AC units in the front because patios are often used to grill, and you wouldn't want to pipe fumes into the entire house if you happen to have a really hot day.

The unit also takes up alot of space, these models would have been far better with a simple movement of their HVAC system.

Beautiful complex, family friendly neighborhood atmosphere
Great place to live near parks, and easy access to business areas of San Diego

And to Brandon's one star... Every home has a TWO car garage plus there is quite a lot of open parking.
