Time to review my latest project with Pacific Mnftr Homes staff, namely, Tom Reynoso and Drew. I spent about 5 months working with Tom on the design and pricing for my new home built by Silvercrest. Tom was extremely patient and helpful with collaborating on at least 8-10 go round on this. I wanted a highly customized and unique design that was unique to San Diego and the manufactured home market in general.
Mission accomplished in Linda Vista Village Mobile Home Park.
The project also included the pullout of an old mobile home and designing the placement and finishing work done by Coastline Construction. Tom did exceptional work on getting all this done.
Never hesitate to work with him.
Drew was the go-to person after the home was delivered and setup completed before occupancy. Also the followup on any issues that were discovered after completion. He was a pleasure to work with and always responded to my concerns. Cannot say enough about working with these two professionals.
I will review Silvercrest Maunfacturing on the pricing, build and delivery at a later date. Same with Coastline Construction whom I continue to work with on new improvements to the home and property.

Here’s my honest take. Go to Joshua Hobbs for this kind of process. He’s trustworthy and will take care of you every step of the way. He’s professional yet humble. (Not sales pitchy) I also have 0 complaints about the crew sent to work on our home. They anticipated our needs before I could even mention them. Pacific homes is the place you take your grandma to because not only are they trustworthy but they give 100 percent to the job. I’m so happy we went with Josh from Pacific homes. We’ve called other dealers and we have yet to hear back from them.
My only advice would be to keep track of the total costs. Everything is listed but the price can change easily with every change you make. Still cheaper than a house in today’s market!

My husband and I are on the hunt for a new home. We were excited to have found the PERFECT home for us in a mobile park. Our realtor has tried SEVERAL times to connect with Sean regarding an update but there has been no success. Most of the homes we like are managed by this company and same agent. I just wish they would communicate more with us.

This is in response to Greg Jensen's review one day ago.
I am the homeowner. I am very happy with Pacific Manufactured Homes. I was checking on my house and Mr. Jensen verbally assaulted me. He was the one that cussed me out and flipped me off numerous times. Told me I was a bad neighbor, because it was Labor Day. I don't know what he thought was going to happen when a new house is put up. Work has to be done. The workers weren't even loud. They were working inside. My opinion, Mr. Jensen is a very unhappy man. Pacific Manufactured Homes is very professional. I am very happy with my new home.

They have great show room models. Our sells person wasn't excited to talk to us. Wanted to get a low priced unit and had to pull the prices from him. Also had to repeat my questions, it appeared he was hard of hearing, but care to comment on it.
