I needed tables, chairs & linens for a bridal shower and Allie's Party Rental was so easy and convenient. I called and explained what I needed, I received an email quote quickly, and the confirmation and payment were simple. The items were delivered on time by a pleasant driver and then picked up after the event. I will absolutely use Allie's Party Rental again.

We came to Allie’s in need of some last minute supplies for a baby shower and didn’t realize they were closed on weekends. After standing outside on the phone for a couple minutes a warehouse employee came up to us and asked if we needed something. We let him know we needed some last minute things but didn’t realize they were closed on the weekends and he helped us anyways. They went out of their way to help us and it was extremely kind of the employees. Thank you guys so much, you saved the day!

Shopped around for a dance floor that I could disassemble ourselves. We found Allies party supply in hopes that would work for us. And though it did to do just that. They did not give us the correct equipment amount. We needed 15 pieces to complete a dance floor square. We received 14. There for only making it possible with 12. Shortened my dance floor by a lot. And I paid for 15 pieces! Pieces were all different shades of wood and not in the best shape. Also I believe manager Mike listed to give us a L reach to assemble that was not the case either. When I called on a Saturday the day of my wedding there was no one to answer their “emergency lines” finally someone got back to me and said they could do nothing but leave out the last piece out side for me to pick up. So me having to drive 30 minutes to pick up the piece they missed. It was not the best experience by far. It was a huge disappointment. And yet they did nothing to fix the issue at all.

My wife and I rented 2 large galvanized buckets to hold drinks at our wedding. Pick-up was confusing because we came on a Saturday (they knew we were coming), but the office was closed, and they didn't answer the phones. We had to walk around to the back of the building and yell out for someone, LOL. The buckets worked great though, and 2 for only $15. We picked them up on the morning of the wedding, Saturday, and had to return them by the following Monday, 2 days later.

My husband and I used their services for our wedding and we feel so luck that we did. Their prices are reasonable and the items were in great condition, but what truly blew us away was thir customer service. Whether it be the sales rep (Gloria) or the delivery team (Brian), everything was top notch. They were flexible, communicative, and unbelievably supportive as we had to change everything to accommodate the blizzard. I cannot rave about Mike (the owner) and his entire team enough. If we ever have another event in the area, there is no doubt that we will use Allie's.

My company hired Allies for our annual event and we cannot say enough good things! The set up and design were perfect. And they did the tear down the same night. We were unable to find any other company that would do all that for us. We will be changing over to them for the years to come.
