Paige Wilson.. so called realtor.. showed our lake house and potential buyers put $5k earnest money down and she continued to show them properties. Potential buyers purchased another property and she expected the earnest money to be refunded!! I canceled all my reservations (Airbnb and VRBO ) totaling $8200 !! Bc they didn’t want to short term rent it… the realtor Paige Wilson is a nut!!

Completely horrible experience. This was our first time buying a home, and nobody ever sat down with us to go over how the process works or anything. We were confused the whole time basically because no one ever explained anything. We tried asking questions to understand what needed to be done on our part, they wouldn’t respond or answer our phone calls. Josh Barker, our lender, was awful at explaining anything. He waited til a week before we closed to tell us that we needed our gift money tracked for the down payment and it was a huge mess so we had to push our closing date further. THE DAY of our closing, they STILL did not have their end together even though it was pushed back for extra time. We didn’t even know what time our closing was the day of our closing because they didn’t have their stuff together. They would tell us a time and then change it. We have a baby and I needed to know a time so that I knew what to do with him. Very unprofessional. They made our first time buying a home such a headache. Don’t waste your time.

A agent at this realtor took over my zillow listing. Had to call zillow to get her off of my Zillow account. Just flat took my listing over fsbo. Needless to say I find this morally WRONG!
