Easy access just scan thr code and check them out. Totally doesn't feel like it's too close to 99 or airport during our day visit. Actually has a man made lake for a great view..so nice features..like patios/balcony, bbq grill installed. Seems like a well thought out plan for the community.

They need to work on providing the access codes for the home tours. I along with many other families who went to see the model homes were not able to get in because none of us were able to receive the codes on our phones. The representatives were not helpful and neither was anyone sent out to fix the problem. I went after two days and still wasn’t able to see the model homes.

This community is coming up fast! Looks like some good work is being done here. They also have some "next -gen" homes which are like 2 homes in 1, great for larger families. Also stoked on the retail center coming up off the 99 exit.

Safe park for kids to play. Two huge green fields for soccer or other sports. Playground for the littles. Only complain is that it's hard to locate a trash can.

I get it community is very nice, They are doing wonderful job to setup self tour. But when you trying to call them no response from office even their voicemail is full too. Very unprofessional. Need to address this problem as soon as possible.

This builder is greedy, unorganized and makes it virtually impossible for a buyer to follow the process for buying in this community. And they DO NOT offer a broker coop fee at all.
