THE BEST team! Natalie and Ken were AMAZING to work with. My husband and I are first time home buyers and the process can be intimidating but Natalie and Ken were patient and kind. They helped us find OUR home and were so smart in making an offer that the seller couldn't say no to and also great for us. The seller had bids $40k over our bid and we were still chosen because as Ken says, TERMS MATTER. We found our dream home on a Friday, put a bid on Saturday and had a YES on that Monday. We closed quickly and easily with no hiccups. We highly recommend working with the Jamaca team, as they treat their clients like family and they are so knowledgeable about everything.

I have just purchased a home with the help of Team Jamaca and could not be more pleased with them.
Ken ad Natalie made the process, from start to finish as easy and stress free as I could have hoped for.
Every document that needed review and a signature was all sent via email and I was able to do it all at my convenience from my phone and computer. I work 7 days a week and my hours are all over the place, from night shift to 16 hr days.
