Janine is our go to realtor. She was our realtor when we purchased the property in Pollock Pines, CA several years ago and without hesitation we knew she was to be the realtor when it came time to sell the property as well. Janine was an invaluable help in getting our house on the market and sold. Having lived in our home for 37 years, we were unfamiliar with the current real estate process and Janine’s expertise and experience guided us to a successful outcome. She was always available for answering our questions and guiding through the sometimes, complicated process. She was very good at advising us but not telling us what to do. She helped to guide the staging of our home to best show it’s features. She has a ready network of trades people that were essential for quick repairs and support. Janine was great ! However it's not just her. She has a team of people that work together to get your property sold. She and her team arranged for all details including the numerous repairs it took to get it ready to sell. I dreaded driving the 3 hours to meet with contractors. It turns out I didn't have to do that at all, not one time. Janine handled EVERYTHING. She kept in contact with me everyday and was easily accessible when I had questions. She had numerous offers within a day or two and sold at full asking price. If you need a realtor, do yourself a favor and call Janine !!

Janine is awsome!
We are so happy we picked Janine to walk us through the house selling experience. She has so much experience it was almost too easy. We did some things around the house to get ready for sale but we did not no any one to use for things like yard clean up, plumbing, tree service, septic work, and misc work but Janine had a recommendation for all these things and all were great. Janine and Ashley came in and set us up for the pre sale staging wich made our pictures turn out great. Janine stayed in contact and answered any question we had. She priced our house for more than what we thought and negotiated to got it for us. Janine is a pro at what she does, she has a life time of experience she knows the market and helped us every step of the way. We are looking forward to working with Janine and her team on buying a new home..5+++ stars!

If I could give Janine all the stars that she deserved, they wouldn’t fit on this page. I was very impressed by Janine when she sold my mother’s house several years ago so I chose her to sell our house this year, and I definitely made the right decision in choosing her again. Today’s business climate is not typically characterized by honesty and forthrightness complemented by personableness. Happily my family enjoyed the opposite in the sale of our house by Janine Waggener of Century 21. She has 25 years of experience as a realtor and we certainly benefited from her knowledge of the community and the market. She put our needs way ahead of just making a sale, and she helped us navigate the unfamiliar territory of real estate jargon and processes giving us substantial comfort in with might otherwise have been a fearful process. Her well-written description of our home and the excellent photography highlighted every important point. She was an excellent communicator with other realtors, title companies, and lenders and was very speedy in answering all our questions and kept us immediately updated whenever she had some important news for us. We really appreciated her diligence and follow-up in monitoring every stage of the sale process. And to top it all off, she has a generous spirit and gives back to the community in many ways. We are so grateful to her. She is the best!
