Please note the following

- My apartment was not move in ready and all issues STILL haven't been resolved due to the lack of investing in the property and wanting to cut corners.

- Invasion of roaches and mice. With being on the list for treatment weekly and filing multiple claims with my renters insurance.

- Mice holes are still visible and was filled with foam in an unpleasant way. Foam everywhere, which I had to bother Haider to get fixed underneath my sink.

- I've been here since Sept and still having the same issues.

- My bathroom wall was chipped and fill with dirt and rust .. had to have maintenance come in . And what did they do? They just patched up paint where they see fit ... I come home to an invasion of smell from maintenence touching up tile paint . Which nearly gave me an asthma attack. Managers were notified ..

- I spent mornings waking up to Mice in and out of my apartment at 4-5am.

- I spent days with an oven that was not well kept and infested by roaches.

- Walked into a dead mouse in my bedroom.
- hearing scratches in my heat unit .

- foam, steel wool, Cooper everywhere.

I've ask to be credited for not being able to sleep in my apartment and still have to pay full rent.

I've been paying full rent for the past few months here ! And honestly, I should have stopped payment until everything that is wrong is fixed in my apartment.

I have yet to unpack due to the level of disgust to this building and how much you guys just don't care.

I am reporting the long list of issue since CIA do not care about the safety & well-being of their tenants

This property is The Jefferson Apartments at 6166 Leesburg Pike falls church VA 22044.

Below you will find pictures of how the apartments are treated, trash rooms etc..

- Under my kitchen sink all foamed up 🤢, this is when I first move and an older maintence guy try to tell me this is normal!!
- Closet paint chips
- Steel wool every corner
- openings around the trimming of my apartment . Easy access for mice .

The list continues. Not to mention how we are on day 3 without hot water ! And they are waiting for a part to fix this issue ...

Dakari and Edge are new to the Jefferson apartments. I am not going to lie this place has been under different management that has not done a good job. Dakari and Edge are taking the steps to improve the building since they are still kind of new. They have made some great changes so far that hasn't been done in years. Ishmael is an awesome property manager as well! These guys listen to us tenants. That is all that matters because we live here and want a peaceful clean and quiet environment. I look forward to seeing more great things from them. They are the Jefferson Batman and Robin. Appreciate them! Give them a raise.

I came for a tour the other day. The gentleman, Dakari and his team showed excellent service. He talked about how corporate is on top of everything. Seems to me that this a great company!!! Highly recommend.

As a multi-family property owner/management company, this company is one of the worst. Classic model of slum-lord business ethic where they progressively extract the wealth from their renters (increasing rent every year, increasing costs of basic services, no-compete contracts with cable and laundry providers who in turn gouge the renters...), while at the same time cutting every service and amenity (grass cut every two weeks, pool only open 3 days a week, office staff unwilling and unable to provide any support).
As a company, if they behave this way towards obligated renters, I cringe at the idea of how they are protecting people's investments and wealth.
