The office staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They called and offered me a different apartment than the one I viewed after giving them a deposit. There was a bat in my apartment. Constant problems with malfunctioning fire alarms and plumbing leaks. They are very difficult to deal with. The usual response for any issue is “The person who handles that isn’t here right now.” Look this company up and read about all the lawsuits and even students dying in apartments.

Scum bags and con artists look them up they will steal your money from you they have many people looking into them including state collage bureau for negligence and in In 2016, Hendricks agreed to an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance in witch he has repeatedly broken and thinks there above the law they prey on kids who don't know better biggest scum lord in Pennsylvania and everyone knows it's there isn't one person in state collage who hasn't had a bad experience with his fraudulent practices
