We absolutely loved working with Bob! We were pretty new to the process and having tried working with other realtors and not liking our results, a family member recommended reaching out to Bob as they had great success and enjoyed working with him. We weren't really sure what we wanted initially but Bob helped us pinpoint down exactly what we were looking for, gave us a great understanding of what costs were like in different areas, and what we could expect. He's also extremely knowledgeable about home renovation costs and repairs and gave us very realistic expectations about any additional work that might be required, and had recommendations on where to shop for supplies which was extremely appreciated.
We would absolutely do business with him again in a heartbeat. Can't recommend him enough!
