It was an unexpected experience with everything catered toward the guest. The hotel staff were wonderful and accommodating. The place was clean, quiet, loved the lake view. Upstairs is the better view if you can get it. We also went by the fire and made smores. It was fun. Great place for winter. Great breakfast at their local restaurant and wonderful local coffee at the on-site location.

I stayed here the night before my wedding and my husband and I both stayed the night of our wedding. Such a wonderfully curated experience, we have already been recommending this resort hotel to others. Room (cottage) was spacious, and views seemed to be great from almost anywhere on site. Front desk check in was quick, easy, and staff were friendly. Good parking on site as well.

We cottage the exact cottage with the perfect view of this small pond. We were so very grateful they allowed dogs with our weight! No headaches there.

But, unfortunately, no toilet paper refilled, coffee, water, etc. without special calls daily (even after housekeeping, no draining shower and toilet (fixed daily), there's a breeze through the 1" space in the front door dead of winter. The front light doesn't turn off while sleeping. There's no kitchen, utensils, etc. in the kitchenette.

The coffee shop pastries were stale in the morning.

A nice location to stay. The building looks like a glorified hotel, but everything is very clean and nicely maintained. The pools and Jacuzzis are great. A fire pit, towels , robes in the room making the stay really pleasant. The rooms are OK. No USB charging spots though. The air-conditioning seems not to be working well for heating so it is pretty frosty in the morning during winter time. Overall, a solid spot to stay

Love the resort and the upcoming improvements will make it even better. Can’t wait to come back. The food is always great at Amalfi too. We had a lakeview room and waking up to the view really makes a difference. The welcome drink kicks off your stay and the service is warm and friendly.

Wonderful, comfortable, and clean lodging- it was perfect for our family and our activities. Our room had a view of the lake on the first floor and we could sit in the back and watch the birds, boats, and people go by. A very relaxing experience.

Room was nice for daughter and myself. Staff was very polite, personable and kind.
We enjoyed our lake view. The front desk ladies gave us a Arnold Palmer and Smores ingredients. They even loaned us a guitair. Thank you. Lots of fun bonuses when staying here. Also nice pool and jacuzzi we enjoyed.

This was the second time we stayed here. It seemed a little run down (furniture dented, carpet peeling etc.) It is a great location though and they do have unique perks like s’mores kits and basket of ball’s for the range. It was also Christmas time so they had a winter wonderland area which was neat.
