I have been a client of Blue Diamond Sales and Rentals since 2012. Being a military family, we needed someone to trust and have confidence they would take care of our property. Samantha was that person. She was always available by phone, email, or text. Even with the time difference, she always responded. If something needed a repair or an issue with the tenant, Samantha took care of it all. This year we decided to sell the property. I spoke with Samantha and she handled my renter, while Blue Diamond realtor Brian Cathcart handled the sale. Not only did Brian keep me updated and answer my questions, he got top dollar for my home! I am over 6 hours away from the property and was so happy everything could be handled via email. I would recommend Blue Diamond Sales and Rentals to everyone.

Rented a property for 3 years. Samantha was the most unresponsive property manager I've ever experienced. The amount of time it would take to get small things like gates/fridge/lights/electrical fixed was unbelievable. To add insult to injury when we moved out they charged us/took out of my deposit stuff that was broken/not working when I moved in.

Though I had a friend/agent representing my interests in looking for a rental, Samantha was promptly responsive and extremely accommodating in negotiating the rental logistics from across the country. The property was everything that was promised. A few routine maintenance issues have been immediately addressed.
