I've been a tenant of Golden Key Properties (GKP), Inc., for many years in the North County San Diego area for multiple properties. I only have great things to say about the GKP team. Recently, I had to find a new lease in the area quickly because my old property was sold and redeveloped. GKP agents Dana Pruitt & Anthony Howard were incredibly helpful and considerate of my needs and housing timeline. They worked diligently with me to find me a new home in my current neighborhood to minimize the stress of moving from my old property that was sold. Over the years that I've rented from GKP properties, the GKP administrative team has always been attentive and responsive to all my tenant needs and concerns, and are also excellent at treating tenants respectfully and with great care. I only have great things to say about GKP. They are the first property management company I contact when I need to find a new home. I recommend prospective tenants do too! My wife Judy & I really enjoyed renting from Golden Key Properties. Anthony Howard treated us so kind and helped us every time we called with a question. We never had any problems with anything in the unit and it treated us so well being two blocks from the Ocean here in Oceanside California. Anthony and his managers should get A+ ratings each time.
