I would give 0 stars if I could. Stay away !!! The manager is a vindictive person who will make up complaints just to get you out. She did that to my neighbor and when he was in bay area for 10 days she put 3 complaints on his door saying he was smoking . I fell through the balcony and I injured my Achilles tendon permanently. Have a lawsuit against this company. The units are run down and not worth the almost 3 thousand dollars in rent. I get along with most neighbors but the one next to me beats her autistic daughter . I called the cops and the very next day I get a day notice on my door saying I'm smoking on property. I am not smoking on property my new neighbors are . It's harassment and retaliation. Please reconsider renting here .

Stay away! 3 different rentals have all moved out this week due to black mold that they refuse to acknowledge let alone take care of. We’ve had the top floor leak thru bottom floor twice and they never took care of it correctly. Carrie has the worst attitude and does not know how to treat tenants. Numerous cars have been broken it to and stolen yet Carrie refuses to let another tenants know until you chat with them. In addition we’ve tripped over numerous “toys” that are left on the sidewalk/front entrance. Carrie does nothing until they get sued.

I agree with the above reviewer. Everything was fine until Gabe came along. He sneaks around just looking for trouble. He takes pictures of patios and doors and then tapes them to the door with threating notes. One neighbor had a cup on her patio table and he took a picture of that with a note saying that it looked trashed. ONE CUP!!! Come on. I have been there 4 years and have had my rent raised twice in the last year!!!! I will definately be out of there once my lease is up. The main reason that I am leaving is because of Gabe. Although I also agree that it is way too expensive to live there.

I chose to disregard what others posted about Rocklin Sunset Townhomes and I paid the price at the end. Management WILL try squeeze you for every dime. The most significant issue happened when my roommates and I were moving. Management charged us for a heavy clean and repainted the whole townhome after we spent days cleaning and fixing it. We had only rented for about eight months and they even commented on how well the place looked during the final walkthrough. They had the nerve to take all of the security deposit plus demand more. They were quick to take advantage of us by using our money to upgrade the townhouse past what it was originally handed to us at. At the end management told us there was nothing that we could have done, they were going to take the security deposit anyways.

Zero stars. Astronomical rent, crappy low end appliances, the management will harass you, and guest parking is a joke (the worst I've ever seen) Don't waste your time and money.

Edit: I also would like to add that my car was broken into TWICE in 2 months when parked at the base of the hill.

The yard maintenance here is outstanding. We call for service and they're here the same day. The community is great. Absolutely love living here!

Carrie was very resourceful and friendly. Unfortunately the townhome didn't meet my needs, but I am referring all my friends to check them out.

THIS PLACE IS PATHETIC THIS PLACE PLAYS THE BUDDY BUDDY SYSTEM THEN RIPS PEOPLE OFF I HAVE LIVED HERE AND THEY RAISE RENTS AFTER THE END OF THE LEASE THEY PLAY ON THE FOLKS WITH BAD CREDIT BECAUSE THEY KNOW ITS JUST A LOOP HOLE FOR THEM TO COLLECT MONEY BEWARE!!! NEW TENANTS THEY CHARGE FOR WATER SEWAGE AND GARBAGE FOR THE PRICE OF RENT YOU CAN BUY THE SAME CONDOS FOR 150,000 . THIS METHOD IS FINE IF YOUR LIKE THE FILIPINOS AND OTHERS WHO SHACK UP AND SPLIT RENT 4 TO 5 WAYS HOW ELSE DO YOU THINK THEIR ABLE TO AFFORD THE EXPENSIVE CARS OH DONT TRUST GABE HE IS A SWINDLER IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME DRIVE BY THERE AT NIGHT AND WATCH HOW PEOPLE ARE GETTING SNEAKED IN GABE THE MANAGER KNOWS HE TURNS HIS HEAD BECAUSE EVERYONE IS PAYING FOR HIM TO LIVE FOR FREE ALL HIS GOOD TENANTS ARE LEAVING BECAUSE THEY KEEP RAISING RENT IF YOU STAY HERE YOU WILL BE SUCKED DRY
