Team Adams-simply superb! Words can hardly describe the exceptionally excellent experience I recently had with Linda and Robby Adams when recently purchasing a home in Oceanside. They were referred to me by my girlfriend who had a great experience with Team Adams about 7 years ago.
I was wanting to purchase a home on a contingency basis which was, in my mind, kind of a longshot as I had a home to sell in Orange, CA. Having top notch real estate representation selling and buying was going to be critical to accomplish this goal. Linda and Robby have comprehensive local experience, expertise and resources. They are clear communicators with integrity who were always able to respond in a timely manner. Team Adams was able to favorably negotiate with the new home selling agent in Oceanside when needed and coordinate smoothly with the real estate agent team selling my home in Orange. Without their ample guidance I don't think the goal of buying my new home on a contingency basis would have happened!
In addition Linda and Robby are genuinenly warm and intelligent people who are a pleasure to work with. I felt as though I was in good hands at all times. They simply excel and enjoy what they do! As a bonus, Team Adams provided a free 13 month new home warranty and beautiful cake slicing utensil set gift.
I can't imagine having a better experience than I had with Team Adams. I can highly recommend them without any reservations.

We've known Linda & Robby for well over ten years. This is the 3rd time we've worked with them for either selling our property or as Buyer's Agents.
