Beware of this company. They hired us to fix a broken water main and never paid us. They blamed everyone else but never took responsibility. I would be very leary of using any Development company who doesn't pay their contractors or subs. OSHA and licence board is investigating. Stay clear and BEWARE!!

Sad we can't have nothing in the community just some more over priced apartments, and businesses for other people that's not in the neighborhood. A method to get rid of the people living here for years instead of helping .

Stop trying to buy POC ouy of their neighborhoods. Stay out of Crenshaw District! Wilshire is terrible and we don't want you developing here either!
