Had most terrible experience with Altos. My ex-agent was really helpful but came to know that she had recently quit. I had rented a townhouse at 3682 S Perth Cir, Unit 104 and made a security deposit of $2250 out of which, Altos returned only $1705. The cleaning charges are acceptable even though it’s bit pricy (180 for carpet cleaning and 160 for deep cleaning). I am pretty sure they did not do that cleaning when they handed us the keys first time we entered. I have all the pictures taken before renting and after we vacated (posting pictures below for your reference after I find it in my drive). I inquired about the remaining stove charge which seem to have made no sense to us as we just used it and left it as it was when it was handed over to us. The current Altos team said it was the owner who charged that and they failed to respond despite following up with them multiple times, leaving voice messages and even after sending them couple of emails. Would never rent again with the Altos and will discourage anyone to do the same too. Will add pictures after we vacated on a second one star review.

I have lived at one of there properties for years. Yes, I have been through several different property managers. But let me talk about the current management team. They are respectful, polite, attentive and hard working. I put in a work order today for my bathroom. I received a phone call10 mins later. It was maintenance personnel asking me if it was ok for them to come right now to repair the issue. Maintenance was on time and respectful I have never had past issues with the exception of a few tiny ants that were treated right away. I'm very impressed with the property manager and his team. I will not be saying which complex I live at because it's one of Lakewoods little gems and I'm going to be stingy. ALTOS ROCKS

There have been a few issues with the apartment, but all fixable. Ariel really showed up and worked everything out for me. I’ve never had an apartment respond in such a timely manner. And I’m sure it has to do with Ariel. She gets the job done! Thank you Ariel! Grateful for you🫶🏻

Jordan helped me see the property, get moved in and squared away. I was out of town when the property was first listed, and Jordan set me up with an application and continued to communicate other prospects to ensure I didn’t miss out while on vacation. She had maintenance out within a few days of move in. She is extremely communicative, responsive and knows the process thoroughly. As a whole Altos is very easy to work with, not to leave out the maintenance guy Bob, arrived at the beginning of time slot with a 30 minute heads up, which is always great. Fixed everything and was very nice and informative.

It’s nice to have peace of mind when you have property managers like Ryan and Ariel at Altos.They were easy to reach if anything came up and they made sure issues were addressed quickly. Communication was excellent!

I love my apartment near cheesman, it’s an older building w modern upgrades. Maintenance issues are fixed quickly and handled efficiently by Alex Charneski, communication has been a lot better since he took over! He’s great.

I worked with setting up and taking a tour with Ariel Rodriguez at an apartment I am interested in. She was very accommodating of my schedule.
