We have been so happy with our experience with Flock. Being a landlord was not something we enjoyed, and it was such a blessing when we stumbled upon them last year. Everyone we've worked with at Flock has been kind, knowledgeable, and full of integrity. We have been very happy with the returns we've received thus far, and we look forward to seeing them (and our investment!) grow over the years. The process to transfer our property to them was very easy, and it was MUCH preferred over selling our house the traditional way. Excellent execution on the closing. Their commitment to transparency (I can look in the investor portal at any time and see a list of all the homes owned in the fund), together with their pledge to keep portfolio level debt low (50% loan to value or below), gave us the confidence to proceed contributing multiple homes. The communication post-closing has been even better than pre-closing. We believe Flock's model has structural advantages for participating in the ownership of home rentals - and we are pleased to be a part of it.

Like any investor considering making a considerable contribution into a fund, I was understandably hesitant when first considering Flock. Is the model solid? Have they taken the proper steps to adequately protect the fund during market changes? Is the team truly forward looking? Do they sincerely believe in what they are doing?

And looking back on my 'gun-shy' self now; my God was I adorable!!! In hindsight, I really didn't have anything to worry about. From top to bottom, Flock is organized, well-oiled, and most importantly, they are executing on the plan. Everything they said was going to happen with my investment has indeed happened, almost to the penny. Completely satisfied so far, no question.
