I have been renting from Matt & Lori of Premier Real Estate management for over 2 years. They are kind, thoughtful, and very patient & understanding with things like neighbor conflict or special circumstances. At times, the communication can be a little off, but chalk it up to them focusing on working harder than most to provide a personal yet professional touch & approach to the way they handle their clients. They are very responsive to maintenance requests, and they go out of their way to provide more than is required by the lease.
I have even, at times, due to having some bad experiences with previous rental companies, been a little indignant with my reactions to situations, but Matt and Lori have been patient and understanding, and provided 5 star service despite that. Highly recommended. Our family is very happy here.

Premier Real Estate Management is a professional and well-run management company and as tenants, we experienced over ten years of market rate rental services. Matt Hill and Laurie Hill were quick and responsive to our requests, and they always provided a fair and equitable balance between the requirements of the property owners and our requirements. Repair services, when needed, were promptly approved and/or addressed by the company or their vendors. We enjoyed our rental experience with Matt and Laurie and Premier Real Estate Management. Five stars.

Premier Management took over the property we have been renting from for years. They are a great managers. Lori & Matt are prompt with getting problems fixed and keep things up to date. We feel they listen and care about the tenants and your concerns, making it a good place to live.

Lived in one of the buildings Matt and Lori managed for about a year and half, have nothing but good things to say about the company. Whenever I needed something they were very quick to respond and provide a solution. Had a life change and had to move to California and breaking my lease was a breeze. 10/10 if I moved back to Denver id definitly look into living in one of Premieres propertys

Renting with Premier was a great experience for my family for nearly two years. The pet friendly property was well maintained and kept very clean. Lori was absolutely amazing, she was always courteous and quick to respond to our very few concerns. She made us feel more like friends rather than tenants. Moving out of state is the only reason we had for saying goodbye.
