These guys are crooks. They have more fees than an airline. If you are thinking about working with them I would advise you think twice. They seem to be a low cost platform, but there is the customer service is 24 hour delayed email responses, you can never reach anyone via phone and they require you to use their over priced team to do unnecessary repairs, on top of it they charge fees for everything.

I have an absolute nightmare of a time with MYND. They deserve 0 stars.

1. Refused to give us keys and ignored us on our move-in day because of an error their staff member made.
2. The property wasn't ready for move-in and had workers in our unit when we arrived to move in. The property was dirty and not cleaned for us.
3. There are several safety issues that they still haven't fixed after being here for more than 2 months.
4. Offered a discount on rent and then revoked it for no reason.
5. You can't get ahold of them without calling a 1800 number and no one will ever call you back
6. They have provided fake invoices for work they've had done.
7. They don't maintain the property and there is junk, trash, weeds and all kinds of gross and dangerous stuff going on.

There are so many more issues than this.

We have contacted the BBB, local health department, code enforcement, sent them demand letters via certified mail and still haven't had anything taken care of. We've hired a lawyer. Don't make the mistake of using this company.

Working with Mynd has literally ruined our dreams of becoming landlords. We had people that were able to get access to our property and move in without Mynd having a clue who they were. They justified it as increased scamming across the nation, however even the detective that was involved in removing the people from our property (which I had to handle from out of state, imagine the stress) concluded that until Mynd changes their screening (and I am using this word lightly due to what they are actually screening for), my property will not be safe. Imagine having someone move in over the weekend without any information. We were lucky to have our neighbors look out and congratulate us for finding tenants, just to realize they had l. Who knows how long these people would have been in our property until Mynd noticed.
Additionally, we are about $2500 short after working with Mynd. They charged for cleaning, changing the locks, small repairs - ALL astronomical amounts, just for the home to sit in the market for 3 months with literally NO applications but we had to continue to pay the monthly fee. Thinking back, it would have been a lot more beneficial and cost efficient to just keep the property vacant.
Please be careful engaging with this company. Your home is not protected in any way from random people moving in!

After waiting almost 4 months for basic repairs, they finally sent a contractor.

The contractor only did half the repairs and said that’s all he was there to do. The repairs he “did” were so atrociously poor I would’ve rather they just left things broken.

This is the most offensively negligent and unqualified group of people to ever run a business. They violate every tenant law in the book. They don’t even know what the laws are. They all belong in jail buried under the legal fees of all the tenants whose rights they violate.

Don’t ever rent from this Slum Lord company.

MYND property management company has got to be the worst company we’ve ever dealt with in our lives and I’m 64 years old. There were problems with the house and yard when we moved in and we couldn’t get them to come out and fix anything. For example, the sprinkler system that was in the backyard had some broken parts that I wanted fixed because we had dogs and a child playing out there. I was worried about injuries, as it turns out, one of the dogs was running through the backyard stepped into the hole with the broken sprinkler part and split her paw open. When I told MYND and submitted the veterinarian bill for reimbursement, they decided that it was our responsibility to make repairs to the sprinkler system for preexisting conditions.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! Trying to get answers from them is like pulling teeth they will NOT get back to you about any issue whatsoever!! I have never seen a company accept such a low level of communication. Just ONE example of this is I put in an emergency request for a leak and did not hear from them for 4 hours. This is honestly the worst property management company I have ever come across AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Whatever you do , do not work with this company. It has been a complete scam and only brought on unnecessary stress and the loss of over $1,200 and 5 months of rental income. After 4 months on the market my townhome was never rented out and I ultimately terminated my contract due to excessive fees and no real leads for a renter.

I do not like leaving bad reviews and rarely do, but I hope this can save someone who is looking to rent out their house from the mess I put myself through by choosing this company.

The first red flag happened when someone from MYND busted my locks and entered my home without permission. I told my property manager I needed a few more days to clean up my house before the MYND inspection. He confirmed he would not send the inspector until I gave permission and left the keys. While I was running an errand, I came back to the house to someone inside with the locks broken. My property manager admitted to the miscommunication with the company and apologized. Weeks later I was assigned a new property manager who charged me $288 ($216 for the labor and $72 for the locks). After escalating if for many weeks and having multiple people tell me the charges would be dismissed they assigned me a new property manager who was unrelenting and insisted on having me pay.

This was the main reason I fired MYND. On top of this, the property was on the market for 4 months with no real interest despite numerous rent decreases.

After ending my contract with MYND I never received my spare key, two garage FOBS, or mail box key back. They claim it was left in the house in a drawer but it was not. They also claim I still owe $250 for open invoices for charges I have already paid. Over 4 months I had more than 5 "property managers" assigned to my account. Each time I raised a complaint it felt I was passed on to a different property manager who I had to explain the situation again, and ultimately be ignored. This company is a complete front of employees who work from home in different cities around the country and know nothing about the Denver market.

These are only my top two complaints for this company, there were many other issues. Overall MYND does not value simple customer service or take accountability for their mistakes. MYND is run with employees hiding behind their screens, and good marketing. Do not be fooled by their marketing tactics and friendly representatives they use in the beginning. The rates look good in the beginning because the real scam awaits when you sign the contract. I hope this review persuades anyone on the fence, as I wish I had done more research myself in the beginning.

If i could leave zero stars I would. What a freaking nightmare living under a property controlled by Mynd management. It has been bogus charge after bogus charge upon move out that we are now seeking legal advice.

First it was $150 to remove a mini fridge that Mynd had provided us when our Main fridge went out and we were without any mean of refrigeration for almost a week. Yes we did not have any way to store breast milk for our newborn for almost a week cause that's about how long it takes Mynd to replace an essential appliance.

Next came the $450 charge to replace a loose shed door handle? I mean the handle cost $30 and apparently $400 in labor

Then there was a $280 whole house cleaning charge. We have never left a rental anything but spotless in the past. Absurd Nickle and diming on every little standard wear and tear mark.

What makes me the most upset as that we requested they have a phone conversation about these charges but they simply are straight cowards who hide behind their computer screens all day and. are only there to please one party, the property owner.

When deciding on where to rent reconsider Mynd.
