Autum Skye escrow company is an in-house escrow company and is affiliated with e-home. I have never written a review about any escrow company or real estate agent before. However I had to write this to WARN PUBLIC. I have been selling real estate for 33 years and this is the MOST HORRIBLE ESCROW COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED in my career. Several times they didn't return my email as buyers agent, the lender's email, and the buyers. And on a rare occasion if I got a hold of them, escrow officer literally would say she was too busy to send escrow instructions out, or she was too busy to return emails and calls.
I WILL NEVER ACCEPT A COUNTER FROM THEM INSISTING TO USE THEIR IN-HOUSE AUTUM SKYE ESCROW COMPANY.
