While the process itself needs some serious tweaking to make it more user-friendly, these two ladies have done everything they could (within the scope of their roles) to facilitate as smooth an experience as possible.

As a renter, Management One has continually provided the worst customer experience I have ever received from a company. From listing the property as an apartment on the MLS instead of a condo, to giving us the wrong keys, delaying our move in date by 2 weeks, charging us a $200 late payment fee because the auto-pay function on their web portal “isn’t reliable” (their words) to taking 2+ weeks (still waiting) to fix an air conditioning unit and loss of power in the bathroom in the middle of July, and countless other mishaps I cannot urge you enough to run away from the thought of renting a place managed by this group. Zero stars.

Very professional the homes that they have are beautiful. They have a wonderful team working for them. Everything was smooth and easy to do. I had a wonderful experience with Sharon. She helped me a lot. I also had a wonderful Experience with everybody that works in the office. they are very professional, and very respectful.
