I am quite impressed with their service. I rented a property through them, and moved out three weeks before the lease end date. I will save the detail but the way they calculated the refund was honest and ethical. Great to know there is a company that have great ethics in running a business.

John is a complete crook. We moved into a rental that was not functional (oven had to be replaced, stove top had to replaced, outdoor grill never worked, no vents in bayhroom, mold in shower). After we finally moved out, he claimed the eight stairs of carpet were dirty (they were dirty before we moved in), and refuses to show the 581 photos he has of the “clean” carpet before we moved in. Small claims court here we come!

Property owners, this man is a crook. Stay away.
