Jon has been an incredible partner in my real estate journey. I have bought several houses with Jon as my agent and every transaction has been hassle free. I know things go wrong from time to time in these transactions, but Jon always came with a solution before I even knew the problem had occurred. In my opinion Jon Ettelson is by far the best luxury listing agent in Dana Point. No need to keep looking for a strong Knowledgeable agent who can guide you through your next transaction, JON IS IT!!!

My husband and I were purchasing a home in Orange County while living outside of San Francisco. You can imagine the challenges that come with that. I have to say that Jon made the process easy as pie. He made himself available at a moments notice when we were house shopping and he subsequently was always on top of things as we went through the Escrow process right through to closing. Even after everything was done - he made sure we received the information to turn on utilities and ensure the transition to my family as new homeowners was seamless as possible. I highly recommend Jon - he is a wonderful communicator and was calm through the entire process.

I can't say enough good things about Jon and his team. My home purchase was anything but ordinary and we had so many hiccups and problems (completely caused on our end, not Jon's) and Jon navigated them with poise, respect and confidence.
