The worst experience ever !!! Jason M the rep we dealt with, just jerked us around for 2 months to then come back and say the proof of purchase is too old. Both deposit and final payment needed to be within 60 days of application. Which has already been in review for that long. It was the biggest waste of time. If you do not get approved in a couple of days.. LOOK FOR A MORE PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

It has been 2 weeks I am still waiting for a formal denial letter I requested!

"I understand that I share fault in this situation, but I am displeased with how it was handled. I asked the agent if there was anything else I had to get or pay for that I wasn't made aware of, and was told that there was nothing else—I just had to sign the DocuSign, which had me approve around $900. I asked for a refund the next day and was told they hadn’t done anything with it yet. However, I was also told that I could only get $400 back because they need to be paid."

Tina was so awesome to work with, she made getting my loan super easy, she's friendly and went above and beyond what anyone else would have.
