Donna is according to her, the highest authority in this company when I requested to speak to someone above her. When I informed Aiden that my company is not interested in any NET 15 or NET 30 payment terms, he was understanding and received authorization to hire my company, stating it wouldn't be an issue. I completed the job to the customers satisfaction and even went above and beyond, fixing another issue at no charge. Gallery Property Management decided to make my company wait 2 weeks anyway and mailed the check via regular mail, mind you, this is the first job my company did for GPM and have no W9 on file. When I spoke to Donna, informing her that I was growing impatient and the invoice was under $200 (petty cash to most property management companies) she got loud with me and hung up on me. Next time I'll be sure to research companies who attempt to hire my services.....btw the customer was so satisfied with my services, she decided to hire me again recently. Do better with your contractors GPM!

Donna has been our property manager for the past year for a property we were renting . from when we met her she was very nice and understanding to us , they also worked to communicate between us and the landlord with any issues. and now that we are moving out I have nothing bad to say about gallery property management I received good treatment from them and they were very fair with my security deposit return as well. thank you Donna and team

Beware of this place, they will list a place for a low amount, than list it for more money the next day, just to get people to look at it

I have worked with Gallery Property Management for the last 5 years. The owner, Donna Hinshaw, is great. They have been an excellent company to work with. I’ve leased two properties they have helped me find and move into. They were very prompt with tenant issues and returned my security deposits very quickly after my move outs. Their staff are friendly and go above and beyond to help.

I would recommend anyone in south Orange County area to utilize this agency for your real estate rental, purchase or selling needs.
