I've been a client of Regus for over 10 years at this location. They have been a good partner in providing a big office feel for my small business. Its nice to know that I have access to amenities that I may not use everyday but are available if the need arises (mail service, copying, meeting rooms, lunch room, etc). This is not something that is automatically included if you are just renting an office elsewhere.

I have been utilizing the Regus Laguna Hills office space for the last ten years. With the addition of Oriana a couple of years ago, Regus Laguna Hills has really stepped up its customer service. She is friendly, remembers clients by name, and brings an all around great attitude which makes it a very enjoyable rental experience. The Laguna Hills offices for Regus are first-class and the entire staff are very professional and courteous to me and my clients. Jonathan is the manager and he was very helpful and easy to work with. I toured the facility one day and was signed the next. It was as easy as that. I used their offices for roughly 6 months while my offices was being updated and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this office space for small and large businesses.

I have been a customer at this Regus office since 2011 and have only positive things to say about the location and the staff. I am a virtual office subscriber and utilize the meeting rooms periodically. I can always count on the reception desk to make my guests feel welcome and our needs tended to.

Unfortunately my experience with this Regus location has been poor from the get go. At least 3 months in a row I was over billed and getting the money returned was not easy. Decided to move my space over to another location to end the hassle but the hassle never ended. Received a final bill for $189 which according to my invoice should be less than $10.00. Corporate never answers emails and very tired of writing to the local manager Jonathan.
Still waiting a call back for someone to tell me what the final charge was for.
As usual for Regus turn-over of staff is extremely high so can't even talk to the previous assistant Janice who seemed to know what she was doing.
I have been with Regus for over 7 years in various locations and honestly not impressed but definitely Laguna Woods has excelled themselves in the wrong direction!

The woman in suite 600 (Janice and Katrina) are the best! They are very pleasant, very professional, very personable and very quick to attend to whatever is requested of them and assist in any way they can. Many times I am not in the office and work from home. I know I can trust them to take care of things for me such as letting in vendors to copy records, change out storage bins, pick up storage boxes, etc. They order our supplies and send out our mail. They are a great asset to the company and our business. Thank you ladies!
