My wife and I had the pleasure of renting with RPMV for a little over a year, until the owner sold the place. We got to experience renting with them from beginning to end and I have to say, we were always very impressed.

David Cha was our specific property manager. Not only was he easy to talk to and down-to-earth type of guy, he was always quick and informative in his response to any of our questions. They would always serviced our home in a timely manure whenever there was something needing a fix up and work with us on any slight modifications we wanted to make to the place.

You should count yourself lucky to be managed by these guys. If we could do it again, we definitely would.
