I would have given this company a five star review until the exact moment we had to move out. Every time we had to have something repaired or fixed our landlord was on top of it and made sure everything was satisfactory and I was always grateful. We always paid our rent on time and never had any issues with the company or individuals involved. As we moved out we had our exit walk through where our landlord looked at the property and assured us that everything was in pretty good shape. Minor wear and tear on the walls and would need to paint only one of the walls (his words). He told us that the property "looked great" and that he "could show the property the next day" because of how good of shape it was in. Fast forward to the time to get our security deposit and almost 2,000 dollars is removed from what we should have received. I asked about this and was told that he repainted the entirety of the house. His remarks toward us turned insanely unprofessional. During our stay here a random person threw a rock through our window and it cost the landlord 900 dollars to get this repaired. After we moved out he threw this in our face saying "do you realize how expensive things like this are". As if we had control of who threw a rock through our window and as if he (a landlord) isn't responsible for incidents like this. Avoid this company if you want to hang on to your security deposit. They do not care about you whatsoever and they very clearly are just money hungry. He told us that he just bought a new home and planned on buying the house next door to where we had lived. Pretty curious if you ask me.
