We just moved in to a newly renovated apartment managed by Delta. Maintenance requests have been dealt with quickly. The place is in great shape. And the resident portal is easy.

This company moves so slowly to fix any issues, is highly unresponsive, and turns apartments over in terrible condition (missing parts, extremely unclean, items leftover from past tenant, not updated appliances that clearly don’t work, etc etc). Avoid at all costs. They do not care about you or your property. They clearly don’t have the professionalism to provide proper service to their tenants.

We came on scheduled viewing, I texted before that we are late on 15 minutes, because of the traffic time, we spent an hour to get to see a house, but nobody was there, and it looked like nobody planned to show it to us…Anyway we decided to apply on it and nobody responded to us! we really glad that, because we got approved from the other one! Horrible company

Delta property management has been good to us since Day 1. I was a tenant at one of there properties for just under two years. They are upfront with no nonsense way of doing things. Delta was more than fair with us in a world where property management companies take your deposit after you’ve left with nickel and dime charges. Not Delta. Steve was always professional to us at every interaction. Thank you Delta for being the property management company we hoped for. We couldn’t ask for a better landlord.

We had a great experience with Delta, Mereesa went above and beyond for us even after our landlords no longer worked with Delta. She was available to help with move out questions tenant rights and helped us get our full security deposit back. We fully recommend this company!

I was a tenant at Woodlawn west apartments. I lived there for 2 years and it was my first place ever since I moved out of my parents home. It’s okay for your first place but then you start realizing things as the months go by. I agree with the rest of the reviews. Management and leasing agents are very rude ghetto people. But I think that’s the cheaper way to go when a company is on a budget. Very unprofessional. The housekeeper lady likes to be nosy and listens to everybody’s conversations. She is always acting like she’s cleaning something in front of your unit just to hear conversations. The place is freaking hot, no a/c and cant install an a/c unit. The electrical wiring is cheap. You can’t use a hair dryer or iron because the breaker will trip. The carpet gets dirty really fast and it’s nasty. Furniture is ugly, I’m not even sure why they still have that 70’s style or even furnishing. The rent is way too high for that kind of place. My place got broken into thanksgiving morning and the robbers came in while we were sleeping as well as a few other units in our building and the other 3 surrounding ours. Management and delta property management did absolutely nothing to protect their residence but give residence sticks to lock the windows. How the hell are we going to let the place ventalate or get some fresh air? No security. Homeless digging in trash 24/7 and making noise. A lot of drug addicts cruise by to the back of the units after midnight and looking to see who’s going to get robbed that night. No lighting at nights. You can’t use the pool because the ghetto management will kick you out and tell you to read their cheap copy paper sign that’s written in pen that the pool is closed. Delta property management doesn’t care how their “leaders” of this place act. I’m pretty sure it’s like that at every place they own or manage. You just have to constantly watch your back, your car and your safety. It’s very uncomfortable there. I got nothing back for deposit and I keep laughing about it because I was paying to live there for 2.5 years and they want to charge for everything. But whatever I’m happy I’m not there anymore.

Rude office personnel. Especially the receptionist on most visits. Poor professionalism due to the fact I was dealing with the apartment owner directly before move in. Then conveniently, when move out time came, he seemed to disappear when I had issues with extra charges taken out of my deposit.
