The unit was great! So close to the pool. Huge living room and another family room! All 4 bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms attached! Plus there was 2 additional bathrooms- for a total of 6 toilets! We loved the fire pit on the back patio. It was a great price. My only requests would be a serrated knife for cutting bread. And the light in the bunk room closet was burned out.

We loved the facility and it was exactly how they described it. The proximity to the pool and extra parking was better than expected. Out the patio door, 10 steps and you are at the pool entrance.

Sleeping set up was excellent and the bathrooms were awesome and clean of course.

If there was a draw back (easily overcome by everything else), since we were right next to the pool, @ 11:00 pm (pool closing time) there was a loud sound followed by a PA announcement informing everyone the pool was closed.

I only heard it once (out of 3 nights) and I was still awake so I suspect that unless you are an extremely light sleeper, it won’t bother you.

We had a fantastic stay with Utah Best Vacation Rentals! The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. Everything from booking to communication with their customer service team was seamless and professional. They were quick to respond to any questions and made the entire process stress-free. The home was well-maintained, and it exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and amenities. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely book with them again. Highly recommended!

Luxury meets location. This property has a lot to offer for those who want to experience one of our nation's most scenic national parks and then unwind in a spacious and accommodating home.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home over Thanksgiving week with our family of 11. The house was well-equipped and spacious, with 3 king beds and 2 cozy bunk rooms that worked perfectly for the kids. The game room was a plus for the kids. The layout and comfort made it ideal for our large group.

The hot tub was an enjoyable feature, though we did have a couple of initial challenges. When we arrived, it was overflowing, but the owner promptly sent someone to adjust it. It took two days to get the hot tub fully up to temperature, and there was some red sand sediment at the bottom, likely from nearby construction. However, it didn’t impact our enjoyment, and once it was up and running, it was fantastic.

We also encountered a minor issue with the dishwasher, but after finding and replacing a missing cap, it worked fine, although the top rack felt a bit low. The trash bin was full when we arrived, but again, the owner quickly addressed it and had someone pick it up right away.

The owner's responsiveness to our concerns was excellent, and their quick action made all the difference. Despite the minor hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely home and appreciated the care taken to resolve any issues. It was a great place for our Thanksgiving holiday!

The house was awesome. We had a few hiccups. Service on refrigerator and AC would be helpful. Icemaker and water dispenser did not work. AC return air filters plugged. Coffee maker not working. No brush for barbecue. Pool brush and net needs replaced. Laundry soap for pool towels. The house was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. It was perfect for our family. Close to parks, lakes, shopping. We hope to return soon. Thank you

Unfortunately our booking didn’t go as planned at the Ocotillo #30 Santa Clara, UT. We had planned on a weekend getaway with a pool. This placed looked as if it would have been amazing.

As you can see below we walked in and we’re met by a completely dirty home. We immediately began reaching out in hopes that something could be done to salvage our weekend, and we r we’re unable to reach anyone. I left multiple voicemails and sent messages including photos. One of the numbers went to a line that disconnects.

We were hours away from home and were left high and dry. The lack of responsiveness is what really did it for me. I was contacted the following morning at 8am to be told they weren’t sure why it wasn’t cleaned or prepared for our stay, but the issue would be escalated the following day. THE FOLLOWING DAY. Needless to say this left me with the feeling that our experience and our business didn’t matter. On Monday I received a response after I had messaged the business again stating that there still was no response but they had initiated a refund.

Thank you for doing the bare minimum of rectifying the situation. I had waited for a response and gave the opportunity for something to be done before reviewing however there seemed to be no efforts made on your end.

We had the best experience, they were kind enough to let us store our luggage in the garage ahead of time!!! It was a great location to get to Brighton and Solitude! The house was very well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels! The hot tub was a big hit as well! Would definitely stay here again in the future

This is a great place, I just wished that the company would have better follow-through on issues and better housekeeping. Our issues were:
1. Clothes dryer malfunctioned (which is huge). It ran when the door was closed, even though the power was turned off. And it never produced heat, so we had to hang all of our laundry on the foosball table and outside patio furniture to dry. I let the company know about the issue and they said the part needing to be fixed was on backorder and did not offer any solution to the issue.
2. All three trash cans were full of garbage when we arrived. And they stunk for the week that we stayed there. I texted the property manager the day we arrived and was told that someone would come out to empty them, but that never happened.
3. There was quite a bit of trash in the front yard around the rental when we arrived.
4. When we pulled the coffee pot out of the pantry, we realized it had been put away with a dirty pot and coffee grounds still in the filter
5. There were sunflower seed shells on the carpeted areas
6. Some of the towels stunk really bad. They smelled like dirty dog. I assume the drier had been malfunctioning prior to our arrival, and the stinky towels were a result of leaving them damp for too long in the dryer that was not working. I had to rewash them prior to using them.
7. There was a glop of hair behind the bathroom door, but that was not a big deal to us.
8. The shower curtain was dirty - it looked like there were boogers on the shower curtain. It needed to be changed.

Other than these issues, everything else was great! New place, quiet, good location, decent pool.
