In addition to his extensive experience working with the local contractors and the city of Santa Cruz Planning & Community Development Department, Robert’s listening skills and ability to mediate differences between my wife and myself, made all the difference between building our ADU and avoiding couple’s counseling. Just as important to me, we encountered no surprises because of Robert’s design skills and his knowledge of construction practices and options.

Robert connected us to the engineering and technical companies required by the building code. All referrals proved to be great recommendations.

The quality of his design and blueprints resulted in quick approval by the city of Santa Cruz.

After Robert’s work was completed, he kept in contact with us and the contractor we chose. His advice and guidance aided us in construction decisions. During his periodic visits to the ADU, he provided the assurance the construction was as he designed it to be.
