My wife and I worked with Erik for purchasing our first home. Erik was super helpful and knowledgeable and he patiently explained every part of the home purchase process to us. He was always available to answer our questions. His intention in his job is for people to purchase a house that they like not just to close a deal as soon as possible. One last thing: he is very punctual. We visited several houses while searching and if we were to meet at a house at 2:00 pm, he was definitely there right at 2:00 pm, not even 1 minute late, which is very exceptional considering LA's traffic. We highly recommend Erik. If you're planning to purchase a house, he is the agent to work with.
