The cabin we have rented for a year was very cold in the winter and didn't work fireplace. A lot of smog coming into cabin when burn firewood. We have requested a lot of time to resolve this issue but nothing happened. Owner took their refrigerator and left very old one which works horribly. Took some furniture after we get approved.

We have rented for 12 months and extended for 1 more month. The management handed our deposit $1500 to the owner because of 1 month extention. But the owner never returned the deposit back to us!!! Cleaned everything, paid on time moved before date!!!
Now the owner not picking up phone and not returning our email!!!

We aren’t local and we were looking for a place to rent an old fashion way. One of the property managements we went today recommended us to go to here since they don’t have any places available. When we got there we were treated poorly and yelled at because it is not a walk in place. We weren’t aware of it since the agent from other location didn’t tell us. The lady could have explained it to us but seems like she isn’t qualified for the job due to poor communication.

Stay away from, unless your FICA score is at least 700+ and then you'll get the royal treatment of azkissing! Straight forward and blunt, with a lack of tactfulness and no customer service skills (outside of easy profit - application fee, et cetera) within the office. Only open a whopping 6 hours a day, M-F!

Slum Lords, multiple cases of bias and unfair application acceptance. Rude staff and horrible customer service on every level. Worst management company in big Bear for years. It's a wonder why these people are still allowed to operate!

Worst rental agency ive ever been to!both woman have a horrible attitude and are liars!TRUST ME dont work with these people!they take your money and make up lies. They have no personality I wouldnt trust them with anything!they took all my information and bank account statements and refuse to give them back to me!SCAM ARTIST STAY AWAY FROM ALL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
