Glen is a professional realtor that led us with ease and efficiency through the selling of my parent's 52 yr. old house. He first educated us on the whole process, then he helped direct our plans for preparing the house for sale, he photographed it beautifully, and he properly represented it and our family to prospective buyers. We had viewings the first day and a contract by day 3. Glen was always accessible for our questions and kept us informed at every step. Highly recommend.

I worked with Glen on multiple properties and every time the service was fantastic. Glen will keep you updated throughout the process and ensure that you are getting the best deal for your investment. When you need quality service and someone reliable, Glen is the answer. Highly recommended if you need it done right the first time.

Disgusting used car salesman-type person. Seems I have something in common with 'Glen is Sleazy' below but Glen's answer is we are competitors. No, Glen, you rented my ex-wite 4040. Thus, your sleazy and you lie. Not trustworthly. Useless. Probably Racist Bigot or else his client Eric Laine of Laine and Associates of Katy, Texas is. If he represents to sell your house here is an 100% honest assessment of my dealings as a buyer interested in his listing. Made appointment to see listing on my lunch hour. I waited and he never showed up. He called and said he would not make it. Rescheduled. Again waited for him and since he was running late. We had never personally met at this point and he provided me with the MLS Lockbox Combination over the phone to a private residence. As of today I am awaiting a call from a TREC lawyer on the legality this action but many Realtors told me this is a violation of TREC Rules. I inspected the property. I then put in a full and complete application. He requested I go obtain my credit report on my own and give it to him. I fully met all his requirements and then again he put hurdles in front of me. Go and obtain letters from all your recent five landlords. A very ridiculous request to put upon someone making over $100,000 with a credit score over 100% (hint, I am Hispanic and either he or the landlord Eric Laine placed these 'extra' hurdles. My kids and I drove all the way from Houston to Sugarland for an appointment with him to sign the lease. We met him at his 'office' which was a parking lot. He did not even have a copy of the lease with him. Our time was just wasted by him. So we are further delayed. The MLS Listing was a 1 year lease term. He drafts the lease as 10 months. He checks off the box included 'Inventory Damage Form' is attached which it was not. Just getting settled in and he immediately sends me an an email stating the rent is due on 10/1 and 'late charges will apply as stated in the lease' when I already mailed the check. (Hint, since I am Hispanic he or the owner are expecting me to pay late).

'Glen takes great pride in the fact that when the transaction is completed his clients are lifetime friends - Glen's Website' No, abesolutely not. List with him and I will bet you will have lost opportunities to make sales to legimately qualified clients. Overall, I would never ever list a house with him becuase he showed laziness, lack of commitment, failed at every step and was just plain unprofessional.
