Horrendous company just looking to cash in on application fees. They rarely answer calls and have zero customer service skills. Whoever the lady is that answers the phone (almost never) needs to learn social skills and go see a therapist asap. Avoid this company at all costs.

Beware!!! Do not rent from this company. We gave them 60 days notice that we were moving out of state for my husbands relocation. they are refusing to return our deposit over 3000 dollars because they “haven’t been able to rent it yet” and saying that there was damage to the home (they have not produced receipts for said damage or pictures). There was not, we never even hung a picture. Never came to fix the dishwasher which broke almost immediately after we moved in. When the AC went out in late summer last year they were nasty and asked to see pictures of the thermostat every time I asked when someone was coming. The woman I interacted with was rude, condescending, and just mean. It took over 5 days for them to have someone fix it knowing we have small children in the home and one of our dogs literally just had massive surgery (she ended up getting an infection). The temperature in the home got up to 98 degrees. They wanted to show the house while we were in the process of moving out of state and I have one child with a disability, refused to accommodate for this. Horrible company and even worse people running it. We will be reporting them to the real estate commission and suing in small claims court. RUN! Do not do business with these people.

Beyond terrible company. Our house had no ac for a month and THEN tried to give us a violation because the company could never give us a proper time of when they are coming to fix it LEADING to us missing them due to our OWN jobs we have to get to. our ceiling has LITERALLY bubbled because of poor plumbing, they complained of weeds while i was ON MEDICAL LEAVE AND UNABLE TO PULL THEM OR GET ANYBODY TO DO SO. yet somehow we are the problem. Weve tried to be nice because we love this house but enough is enough. Nicole was BEYOND nasty on the phone, she told me in my face she has no time for this. we live in ARIZONA i would sure hope you have time for this when it comes to having ac in my House, especially when you KNEW this houses ac unit was old and BUSTED like the rest of this house.
