Time for you to get rid of that property management company and team. I can't believe this apartment building Vernazza in Kissimmee was only built in 2018 and you have run the building down to nothing since you took over ownership. No cleaning, maintenance is terrible, roach infestations, walls are nasty, carpets are nasty, building vents in the apartments and hallways have mold from no duct cleaning. It is absolutely terrible. You have broken elevators with elderly residents on the top floor. You raise the rent and not doing anything about the issues. All the properties next door to you are getting all your tenants, because counting the days until their leasing agreements end, so they can move to somewhere at least cleaner. You need to fix your investment, or sell it, as obviously you are bleeding money with people moving out.
