My property manager is Jameson Shepherd. I have truly had a great experience. Performance Property has outstanding record keeping for my taxes. They have a fantastic system for getting vendors in and out of my property, when needed, which saves me money and keeps my property up to date. They have also been outstanding in inspecting my property frequently to make sure it is being taken care of by the tenant. I have also been given excellent advice about the market value of my property and how to improve rents. Not only were they able to evict this tenant, they were able to provide tenant eviction insurance, which reimbursed our legal fees and two months unpaid rent. Best eviction I've ever had to deal with, and I didn't even have to deal with it. Freddy, Jameson, and Dayna are awesome.
