I am incredibly grateful to have found George and Auburn Property Management. My previous experience with a different property management company was awful, making this positive experience all the more remarkable. For comparison, my last property manager took two months to list my home, restricted advertising to Zillow, and refused to use other platforms like Craigslist or Facebook because they didn’t want to “deal with unqualified tenants.” Even when I sent them referrals, they wouldn’t follow up. After six months, they told me my home was "unrentable"—despite having made no promised upgrades and leaving repairs incomplete. They even “lost” my keys and offered no explanation.

Working with George has been the complete opposite. He’s professional, kind, and took the time to understand my past frustrations. He assured me that he would find a tenant quickly, and in just two weeks, he delivered. George goes above and beyond to ensure everything is in order, staying in constant communication and responding almost immediately—usually within an hour. I used to wait days, sometimes a week, for my previous property manager to respond.
