I was contemplating selling my home in late 2023 and contacted Debbie and Marla. They arrived to my house to give me a rundown of how the selling process could go, the amount of information they presented to me on what comparable home in the area had listed and sold for and the way it was presented was amazing, everything was color copies bound in an embroidered binder very neatly labeled and organized. They sat with me for a few hours explaining different scenarios on how to best market my home. From their embroidered binders to their professionalism about the home selling process they are nothing but the best at this and really have a passion for it as well.
