Do not use use Walter. Very bad communication and management by Walter. He argue with everybody. He fakes invoices and cheating. He steals tenant deposit and tenants' rents. He stole about $6K for my tenant's GA Emergency rental assistance. We are taking actions. Stay away!!!!!

Mr Waltz As worked with me since my husband passed away 2018..... with the rent being late or not enough I truely thank God for his patients with me and my family with in those two years and if that wasn't enough pandemic kick in Mr Waltz had enough human compassion not to evict me I can say today Iam now caught up!!!!!!! And Ms Pat won't dare leave her out always polite for the work orders Thanks Ms.Patand Mr.Waltz

Do not use Walter will sleep with the tenants, steal rent and security deposit money. Poor communication and management by Walter. He did not conduct quarterly walks of the property and now my property is ruined and damaged. The BBB have been alerted along with my attorney. Stay away!!!!!
