Been here for almost a year and my renting experience has been great. Good neighbors no problems . Management is very understanding and they will work with you . Love this place.

Horrible management and owner!! DO NOT RECCOMMEND RENTING FROM THIS MANAGMENT!!!! Was on a 1 yr lease starting in December so when summer came we noticed the AC was not blowing enough to keep us cool. They ignored our complaints the WHOLE summer. They finally fixed the AC in SEPTEMBER after reporting the issue since early MAY!! .We struggled with the heat really bad being heavily pregnant and with a 1 year old it seemed as if they didn't believe us about the repair and continued to ignore us. Downstairs neighbors were heavy smokers which made our unit smell really bad, again with a 1 year old.. 99 properties handled it but they still smoke outside, right next to the no smoking signs! and maintenance sees them but doesn't say or do anything about it. Downstairs neighbors told us that 99 properties tells them everything when we call and report things! then they gave me a 30 day notice of non renewal lease.. they told me the owner just wanted the property back and there was no reason! We had 30 DAYS to find our family a new home mind you we just had a baby 3 weeks prior and a 2 year old when they dropped this on us...Now we are still waiting for our deposit to come back and it's been 20 days! Lady from 99 properties says she will send it tomorrow because they should've sent it within 21 days of move out date! The way they manage is Ridiculous so unprofessional unorganized and very inconsiderate managers. DO NOT RECCOMEND RENTING FROM THIS PROPERTY

They helped I and my family get into an apartment. They always answer my phone calls and respond to my emails. There are smokers and a drug addict at my apartments and 99 Property quickly told them to stop.

I'd just like to say that 99 properties has been great to do business with this far. I'll come back later to update. I have been looking to move for about 2 months. There employees have been really nice and professional. The on-site manager of some condos I went to take a look at. Was willing to meet me on her day off. She was very nice. It did take a long time for 99 properties to respond to me after submitting my application. Other then that they have been amazing! I have talked to so many rental agencies and home owners who have all been rude. I highly recommend this company. If I do decide to rent this unit. I'll come back to let you all know how they are as landlords. But so far I have no complaints about ther professionalism. Thank you 99 properties.

Been here for 5 years and the first two were great entail 99 became the management last 3 years sucked maintenance always takes forever and when my apartment flooded they had the hot water off and left holes in my walls were they put new pipes for a week with installation blowing around the apartment that hole time was told I would just be credit for the days without hot water and never happened, and every time I’ll call for a roach bomb the neighbors just pay the 50$ so that don’t have to and never works instead just make it mandatory or get the dirty people out,

I've rented an apartment from them for the last 4 yrs. The only problem I have is with maintenance. I put in a maintenance order over a week ago and no one has returned my call.

I love renting from this place! Never had an issue with them. Very easy place not complicated and always so nice. Maintenance comes when you have a request though I haven’t really had any only once for a mailbox thing.
