98 Realty & Property Management is the best company we have ever rented from! They are extremely professional, kind and diligent in all they do. Repairs are done quickly and when our air went out overnight they were at our door early the very next morning only hours after submitting the request to fix our air during the summer. You can’t ask for better management team as a tenant or owner. Highly recommend them. They are truly amazing!

Beth and team helped us sell our house in Callaway. We had previous realtors/agents hired to sell over the 11 years it was on the market. All of them we not active in advertising our property and advised us to lower our asking price.
