I feel I am being harassed, spyed on and when I place work order I have been blamed by Kenny , who responds to my requests for plumbing issues. He is not pleasant and I let Sandi know this but she stated to me that “because I left a bad review on his service , what do I expect “.
I recently moved garage to one closer to me and Sandi said “Put in a work order our garage guy is only here weekly “. The garage door of my newly relocated 116 door would fall down and could hurt me or my car. The same maintenance man , Kenny, responded after I couldn’t get into my garage to go to work said he already came and it was working fine after I called office with an urgent request for help and he lied to my face and said “it was working fine when he evaluated it at 3p Saturday and implied I must have damaged it . I filed a complaint with government officials over the lack of communication and / or respect I receive from the office staff. I pay $300 to your company and am treated as though I am a rodent . I placed a maintenance request yesterday due to the sink both sides of the sink in the kitchen being filled up. Kenny shows up with the snake and clears it an hour later. I get an email from the office stating that the clog was due to me pouring rice down the pipes, I don’t eat rice and I don’t like that I’m being accused of being the one wrong. I was told that I knew that this is an old building and has old plumbing and that I should have expected all of the plumbing request that I have placed. I get on the back door from Dominique asking me to move this or or change that or it’s it’s unbelievably micromanaged I’ve seen pictures of my apartment taken by the office sent to me telling me that they see this on my backyard or whatever I feel I am being harassed, spyed on and when I place work order I have been blamed by Kenny , who responds to my requests for plumbing issues. Highly recommend Tammy and her team of professionals. As our rental property manager for over five years, we never worried about having our property rented timely, quality of tenants, or any maintenance issues. She took care of EVERYTHING quickly and professionally. Her team uses reliable vendors and contractors for any repairs. Not only did she routinely ensure a fair price is charged for the repairs, she always emailed or called with a description of what happened and sought our opinion of how it should be handled, which we greatly appreciated. After 5 years, we decided to sell our rental property and as our agent, she personally saw that it was fit for showings and had it looking awesome! I have had the opportunity to work with Tammy Gagnon at 5th Avenue Property Management, as a tenant as well as a vendor. 5th Avenue Property Management's attention to detail is second to none. As a tenant, the property was maintained at all times to the highest standards. Tammy was always so professional and handled any problems immediately.
As a vendor I see hands on the level of care and attention that is paid to each and every property. The properties are all very well maintained by their incredible maintenance staff. It is amazing to see the transformations Tammy makes with interior design in her properties. She takes great effort in ensuring that all of her properties are looking great!

I have worked with Tammy at 5th Avenue Property management for the last two years throughout my deployments and change in duty station. I cannot begin to express the gratitude that I have for Tammy and her team's professionalism and understanding of what I needed as a landlord. She quickly found and properly screened each tenant that rented my property and communicated her intentions and recommendations throughout the entire process. When a tenant left, my property was professionally cleaned and ready for me upon my deployment return. If I didn't sell my property, I would undoubtedly still be with 5th Ave today and I will, without hesitation, use and recommend their services. We have lived in a rental property managed by 5th ave for almost two years now, and have never had any issues with them. We were able to view this house quickly, move in was smooth, paperwork was easy. Our maintenance issues were always handled quickly. We are moving out soon and don't anticipate any issues, Tammy has been wonderful to work with and has been very understanding of flexible timeless due to the covid-crisis.

Working with 5th Avenue Property Management has been and continues to be a terrific experience. We have a few houses that they manage for us, and we could not be happier with them. We were so pleased in working with them that when my brother and sister-in-law asked about their services to rent out their house, my wife and I wholeheartedly recommended Tammy and 5th Avenue.

We will be moving back to the area where our houses are rented out, and even though we will live near our rental houses, we will continue to use 5th Avenue's services. They are flexible enough that they will allow me to do whatever maintenance issues that I feel comfortable with, while handling the legal and money issues - the things I don't feel comfortable with.

I've been a tenant of a property under the management of 5th Ave for more than 5 years. Tammy, the owner, is extremely professional and has set up online and phone/text systems so that your home repair requests are responded to immediately and taken care of in a timely manner - usually in less than 24 hours. Over the years, I've observed Tammy working with the property owners to ensure properties are priced fairly and at a good value.
