I was very impressed with the staff the day I came to check out Remington. They were extremely helpful. I received the tour and they were good at pointing out all the features. The cheerful, friendly help was so appreciated. Also the follow up and willingness to go the extra mile for me. I signed up that day and I'm looking forward to ,moving into my new apartment There was no comparison between this complex and another I had visited. This one is exactly what I was looking for.

I would like to see the management urge people who are assigned a carport to please USE IT! Many are not and because of this available parking spots are hard to come by for people with 2 cars and visitors. A big high 5 for the superb maintenance staff.

Very controlling staff at the front office, they take out their problems on residents, like they are police, more like a group during WW2 but they clearly don't work to help people but to control every little issue even before it happens and threaten you, who you can bring to the pool, parking threats to tow you while loading and car running haha, the lucky I know who were able to and some that just can't take it are leaving or left already and the new tenants they have to resort to somehow have multiple young people in a unit, teens in the cul-de-sac at all hours walking up the bike trail growing something up there . It's a mess and getting worse, someone I knew that was a therapist had gravel coming up in to her sink, clearly a major issue her unit was by the pool it looked like fill you use around PVC pipe, they never fixed anything and played games. It's all true I'll get the pictures of this place wants to dispute the claims, also video of the lovely lady at the front office threatening people on video on multiple occasions.... Stay away, rent prices go up up up.... ridiculous.... Worst place, find something worth the money and peaceful without people in your business when it's not the wonderful Lady up front it's residents with nothing else to do sitting up on their balcony with the office on speed dial... Amazing what people do with their time these days...
