I am extremely blessed to have met Alec Rivera and George the managers here at these wonderful senior apartments! It’s a real
plus that the management as well as the building is outstanding in every way! ! The apartment itself is so clean equipped with everything you need friendly tenants kind and everyone I meet is so pleasant I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to spend my golden years at such a wonderful apartment complex that makes me feel valued and truly cared for! I recommend this apartment complex 100%! Thank you again Alec and George for an excellent meeting knowing anyone who desires a clean happy and loving place to spend their golden years THIS IS the PLACE !!

Overall, the place is ok. Other than the fact that I haven't been able to take a shower for the past 3 days because my shower doesn't drain and maintenance finally came today but couldn't fix it and have to call some other "vendor" to do the job, and who knows when they will arrive. Plus, my faucet in the bathtub/shower keeps dripping, and the maintenance man said "we don't replace those washers"! Instead, he tightened up the on/off valve so much that it is difficult to turn and adjust. Also, the Jacuzzi looks yellow, and the gardeners start very early in the morning and wake us up.

I just signed my 5th lease here at Fountain Glen Apartments in Rancho Santa Margarita. Lovely, well run property. Concerned and helpful staff who organize fun parties and gatherings. And you can’t beat the excellent location. Stores, pharmacies, multiple restaurants, a park and a movie theater all within walking distance. Close to Rancho Santa Margarita lake for a beautiful walk and places to dine. Very happy to live here.

I can't say enough about it. It's amazing and they do it effortlessly. ( They're so, I can't even explain it, they make it look effortlessl. ) The management team work with compassion and are professional badass'. It just works and is beyond what I ever expected. Love it here! It's a place that I can call home and feel blessed to be a part of the Fountain Glen Family ❣️ P.S. It's a great group of folks that reside here too. Of course nothing is perfect so we have our Gladys Kravitz and some with just too much time on their hands, but the coolness outweighs the 🤔 whatever you want to call it. Extra security and or hot off the press news are just part of the hood. What can you do 😜

I love living at Fountainglen RSM. Brandon, John and Bernadette take pride in the community that they represent. There are scheduled events and social gatherings, Beautiful sparkling pool and Jacuzzi, fitness center, clubhouse and more. The property is kept clean and well-maintained and all maintenance requests are handled professionally and in a timely manner. It’s a safe, clean and friendly place to live, with several large shopping centers within close proximity, making shopping a breeze. I’m glad to call Fountainglen, my home

She always has a smile and a positive comment. There is always a hello for me and a great smile ! If it was not for her the complex would not be the same and that's a fact. I moved in less than a month ago. Already I have made friends with
some of the residents. The staff are friendly and helpfull,always with a smile. There planned events are well thought of.
After looking at several other places, I am happy I selected Fountain Glen as my new home.

Location great, apartments comfortable; while they post a few activities, basically up to residents to facilitate anything; not all like when they opened years ago nor like other 55+ apartments in the area. I thought to be designated 55+ a certail amount of activities etc needed to be offered? Staff nice but not really engaged. Its a shame, lots of potential.
