Good, safe drop off point if you're taking a boat tour or wanna take pictures of the various sights. There's an Apple store here, the museum of ice cream nearby, and the start of the Magnificent Mile.

*This is NOT a 5 star review, it is a 1 star review but Zeller/Google is hiding any review under 5 stars from being published, so the only way to publicly speak about what has happened was to change my review from 1 star to 5!!!!*

- I initially posted a negative review for Zeller corporate on 2/6/23 here on google about my car being stolen from one of their properties and the property manager for that building being negligent in providing the security footage in a timely manner as requested. (I assumed 7 days would be enough time to review 3 hours of footage from a security camera, apparently it was not)

- Zeller corporate has since hidden that review, I can only assume because they are more concerned with their keeping up a 5 star google rating rather than have the truth of what happened, & will continue to happen at that property, being brought to light.

- Zeller corporate has a duty to provide a safe space to the tenants of the buildings they oversee, however at 3400 cityline the multiple vandalisms and my car theft indicate an unsafe environment.

Here are the facts:
1. On 1/27 my car was stolen from a secured garage at 3400 Cityline (one of the properties under Zeller Management)

2. On 1/27 when I realized it had been stolen I informed the security that I needed to have the footage reviewed within 7 days so that if any video of my car leaving the premises was found I could delay the total loss process and hope to retain my car as well as the possessions inside.

3. On 2/6 I finally heard back from the security company saying they had not yet reviewed the footage. (this was 3 days past when it was needed)

4. On 2/6 I finally heard from the prop. mgr. who assured they were "doing everything they can" to assist in the process. However 10 days following the theft of my car on 2/6, neither the security company or the property manager had reviewed the camera footage. Hardly "doing everything they can".

5. On 2/8 I received an email from the property manager of 3400 Cityline that they did indeed find evidence of my car being taken from the garage. Which means Zeller property management did in fact have the evidence that I needed to postpone the total loss of my vehicle, but were negligent in getting it to me in a time that would have mitigated my substantial losses.

6. On 2/8 in that same email I was asked to remove both the review I left on the building as well as the review I left on the owners page here for the footage.

I am aware of at least two other vandalisms that have occured at the property in the parking garage over the last 6 months and will encourage the others to share their similar experiences, both on Zeller corporate, and 3400 Cityline.

As Zeller corporate deleted my last negative review that was posted I will be screen capturing this review once posted to ensure that evidence is not being hidden from the public view only to save face.

All statements in this review can be proven.

~~Points 1 & 2 are backed by the bodycam footage from the Police Officer that took the report and spoke with myself and the security officer at the time of theft.

~~Points 3, 4, 5, & 6 are backed by email interactions between the security team and myself as well as the property manager and myself between 1/27 and 2/8.

*** 2/18/23 UPDATE:

Was informed by one of their presidents via email that it is not Zeller’s procedure or policy to review security tapes in the event of a car theft! That explains why they did nothing. Be aware that Zeller does not review security footage in the event of a theft from their properties!
