Great location in River North, a great neighborhood to be in. The staff was lovely, and I appreciated the biweekly housekeeping service. My favorite part of the building was the amenities, especially the gym. However, since the amenities are shared with the Level Hotel, they can get quite crowded at times, which is the only downside.

Terrel and Manny are absolutely fantastic! Every time I’ve needed maintenance in my apartment, they’ve been quick to respond, super efficient, and always do an excellent job. They fix everything fast and make sure it’s done right the first time. On top of that, they’re professional, friendly, and great to work with. Truly top-notch service—huge thanks to both of them!

Unsafe and Poorly Managed – Avoid This Complex

I lived in 369Grand and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and well-managed place to live. While the idea of a mixed-use development sounds appealing, the reality here is far from it.

The biggest issue is safety. There is little to no security presence, and the building is not well-monitored. There have been multiple incidents that made me feel uncomfortable living here, and management does little to address concerns. The mix of residential and commercial spaces leads to a lot of foot traffic from non-residents, making the building feel more like a public space than a private home.

Management is unresponsive and dismissive of tenant concerns. If you have an issue, expect to be ignored or given empty promises. Now a homicide occurred.

For the high rent, this place is not worth it. There are much better options in the area that prioritize resident safety and comfort. If you value security and competent management, look elsewhere.

I have lived in the Omni Group owned 369 West Grand for 15 months. CJ (leasing agent) was fantastic showing me around in early 2023 and move in was very smooth with easy loading dock for movers.

Lovely spacious 1 bed plus den unit (West Loop facing) with high specification finish, including full tiling in bathrooms with gorgeous vanity mirrors and integrated wood kitchen cabinets. Balconies and views are fantastic. I would recommend units facing West or East on high floor (C1 or C2 units).

The units are quiet with no noise being heard from neighbors or outside. LG front loading appliances are amazing.

Building management office is always very helpful and responsive. Alex is happy to help if you have an issue and has wellbeing of residents at top of mind. Front desk is always manned, security guards at night and sometimes two people on desk. Package system works well and you know when things arrive.

Gym is one of the largest for an apartment building in the downtown area (free weights plus squat racks) and fantastic huge pool plus hot tub / sauna. Internet always works and is fast. Common areas finished to a very high specification.

Be aware that the building does have hotel guests on a few floors as part of the LEVEL brand. But never had an issue and means there is always full maintenance staff onsite. The lifts requiring a key does make it harder for visitors and deliveries but means the building is more secure.

Would highly recommend this friendly luxury highrise.

Terrell was super helpful and attentive while conducting some maintenance on one of my light fixtures and my door. He made sure that everything was in working order before he left! Ari is such a pleasure to see throughout the building and has high standards for the condition of the amenity floors and building overall!

I moved in a week ago and had an issue with my microwave. I submitted a request and Manny was at my door to help within the hour. He was extremely friendly and professional. He installed a brand new microwave for me. All the staff at 369 have been exceptional so far. I had a few exchanges with Mary at 369 as well and she has been lovely. Thank you all!

Just finished my first lease and am entering my second. The building staff are all amazing. Alex Tavizon has been extremely helpful throughout my releasing process, and with any questions/ help i need outside of that too.

We loved living at 369. Very understanding and accommodating management team. The maintenance team were very responsive and super friendly with our dog. Lots of fun social events for residents!
