I have lived here for 18 years and have enjoyed it. The ladies at the office are awesome and work very hard to make things run smoothly. Every time I have a maintenance problem they are quick to fix it. The grounds are kept clean and the pool is maintained all summer. Living here has been a very good experience thank you.

I love living at 29Mile Apartments the maintenance staff fixes what ever may be wrong very quickly and never leaves a mess. The office managers are very friendly and helpful. The buildings hallways are kept clean and nicely lit and the grounds are lit up at night and I’ve always felt safe and comfortable! I would recommend to my friends who were looking for an apartment to check into 29 mile Apartments! Thank you for listening I appreciate all the staff does!

I appreciate living here and having a place to live, I've lived here 22 years. I liked all the people that lived here over the years. The rent is reasonable to me. I know a lot of other places are more expensive. I like the management here really well. I couldn't ask for a better apartment. I haven't met the new management yet but I hear they are nice people who seem more interested in their tenants and seem better than the previous management.

I've been living at 29 mile apartments for 22 years.
I know others who have lived here as long or longer.
I personally haven't had any trouble living here. The apartments are reasonably well built and maintained and the staff are nice people if you treat them nice. (That works everywhere in the world) This is low income housing and so the rents are reasonable and based on your income. Ownership has recently been transferred and the new folks, "Evergreen" seem to be the nicest bunch. I think this is a decent place to live.

I've been a resident here at 29 Mile apartments for a little over 2 years. I'm very pleased with how well our maintenence men and housekeeper keep the property VERY clean ! The housekeeper does an amazing job keeping all the laundry rooms and hallways sanitary and CLEAN. Our pool and showers in the pool area are maintained exceptionally well. The landscaping is beautiful and very inviting for picnics or just enjoying the weather outside. Whenever I've had an issue inside my apartment, maintenance has been there to fix the issue within hours, not days, hours. The office staff and management are all friendly and helpful. Courtney in the office always goes above and beyond in all areas , to help any and all residents. I feel safe living here as a single older female, we have locked doors into all buildings. The property is well lit at night, and the mailboxes are in a secure area. If I had to say anything negative about 29 mile Apts, it would be that there are no security cameras and we need more trash dumpsters.

Everyone at the office are such wonderful people. Really kind and helpful. I really appreciate when people take the time to help me understand the application when I first filled it out there are some things I didn't quite understand and they explained it to me in a way that I could understand but and I appreciate that with people actually take the time to do that. I have lived here three times and over 25 years or longer. This is like family to me.
We have the best cleaning lady who keeps our halls and laundry room clean.
We also have the best most friendliest caring maintenance guys you could have
And the managers at the office are INCREDIBLY professional and they CARE.

While we can't always choose our neighbors, The management and maintenance are amazing people, and the reason for the 5 stars. I do also really enjoy the outdoor areas here, plenty of room to play in the grass or on the play ground, and the ability to go swimming in the summer; the apartments themselves are pretty decently sized, and I appreciate the opportunity to have pets here.
