Beautiful area. Whoever designed this place did an amazing job. Very professional staff. The MDF flooring was really poor with swirls and imperfections in some areas on the first floor, and I think they wanted to re-do some of it. Mine was bleeding glue in between the boards, so I was forced to cover it with huge rugs. Some appliances were subpar--the dishwasher was noisy and the washer/dryer were budget models. This is probably a product of the COVID appliance shortages. The fridge and oven were excellent, though.

After two years of residency, I asked if there were any upcoming promos or specials. I was told no, so I moved elsewhere. To the place I moved at, within a few short months, 202 Park has sent me two promotional postcards. The last one was offering 1 free month on the first lease. Not cool. Had they offered that, I would've gladly stayed. But this is what you get when doing business with faceless corporate landlord overlords.

I have been living at 202 Park since September 2021 and my experience has been lovely. The staff here is amazing! From the property management to the maintenance. They all go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience while being here. I have a young son and the staff is always acknowledging him and making his day. Anytime you need anything fixed or replaced that they are responsible for they respond and come the same day to fix it. The amenities are always clean and other residents share and respect your privacy. If you are looking for a great view and a cozy place to stay look no further! 202 is the best place to call home.

I’ve lived at 202 park for the past two years and have had a great experience. I love being close to the cooper river and collingswood — the city is just a quick train ride away. Would recommend living here for the amenities and community.

My wife and I toured an apartment and all of the amenities with Karina. She and the entire team in the leasing office are A+. They went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make sure we felt welcome.

The members of the leasing office knew every single resident that came by, and it was obvious how close-knit the community is.
